ETIS

TeBIT is the annual Telecommunication IT Benchmarking Survey of ETIS. TeBIT Survey aims to analyse the cost of leading European Telcos as well as potential relations between business and IT figures allowing members to compare their own effectiveness and efficiency with others, but also provides an opportunity for the exchange of information and ideas. It allows participants to do so in a confidential way, confident that their information is shared only among participants.

Particularly, IT Costs are analysed with respect to distribution over various types of expenditure and breakdown over FTEs. The costs and success of outsourcing are studied as well as a number of selected Key Performance Indicators.
